Once the framing starts, things seem to happen quickly. This is day two of the clubhouse going up!

Good News!, we started framing the Clubhouse today. Now you’ll be seeing a lot of progress quickly. This clubhouse will be the biggest one of all our nine communities. It will feature a pool, theater, exercise facility, party room, bbq, lounging area, kitchenette, and library. This is what really sets us apart from any of our competitors. Nobody else has a better combination of home designs, features, and real amenities, Come out and see the progress. By the way, we have a few homes ready for immediate occupancy now.

Wow!, lots going on here at Sunset Park Villas. We have completed the installation of the landscaping on our front entrance and have finished the first four homes. We are about four weeks away from finishing the second four homes and will have two hampton courts and a wellington and a danbury available for immediate sale. We have also started framing on building #2 which will have a wellington and newcastle available. And to top it off, we are in the midst of the Parade of Homes which goes through this weekend. Come by and see our decorated models.

The building is going nonstop now at Sunset Park Villas since we have finally had a reprieve from all the rain. Building 21 is on track to be finished just in time for the Parade of Homes which begins on June 25th. The community entrance is being landscaped and the first four homes have had the cabinets and carpeting installed. Come check out the progress!

Construction is moving along just as quickly as we can between these seemingly never-ending rain storms. Here the front entry sign is having the cultured stone attached.

construction continues along. we now have 16 homes under construction. building 21 is on track to be finished by June 20 and building 1 is right behind, finishing up in July. we are presently installing cabinets and finishing up the stucco and painting in building 21 and the sheetrock is being completed in building 1. we have also started two new foundations – buildings 2 and 22. come check us out!

Construction is proceeding smoothly here at Sunset Park Villas.  We have the first 8 homes under construction now (buildings 21 and 1) and are on track to finish building 21 on schedule around the middle of June.  The first eight homes will include one Newcastle, three Danburies, two Wellingtons, and two of our newest designs, the Hampton Court.  The cultured stone and stucco are being applied, and the interior of building 21 is now sheetrocked.  Make sure you mark your calendar for the Parade of Home, which begins on June 25th.

When the framers get going, they really get going!  This is the first building after four days of framing.
